1. Please treat our house as you would your own.
2. All items in the house must be returned to where you found them.
3. This house is on a septic system. Only septic safe toilet paper or the toilet paper provided may be flushed in the toilets. Nothing else can be flushed including any “flushable” wipes which will clog the septic system.
4. This unit has plenty of AC, heating, and fan options to make your stay super comfortable! The remote for the ceiling fan on the first floor is on the wall next to the half bath. The remote should be placed back in its holder when leaving. The house has central AC and heating and the thermostat for the downstairs is mounted to this wall next to the half bath. The thermostat for the upstairs is mounted to wall next to the master bedroom. For additional cooling and heating, there is a mini-split AC and heating unit mounted to the wall next to the stairs. If you would like extra AC or heat, the remote for this unit is hanging on the wall next to the half bath. The remotes for the two ceiling fans and lights in the loft area is on the wall next to the half bath and master bedroom.
5. The remote for the 2 ceiling fans/lights in the loft area is on the wall next to the master bedroom. and must be put back in its holder when leaving.
6. The thermostat for the upstairs central AC/Heat is next to this remote.
7. Please refer to the house manual in the binder located on the console next to the front door for detailed instructions and pictures of which remote belongs to which appliance.
8. All the remotes must be placed back into its proper place when checking out.
9. The dock and pier areas cannot be accessed unless a pier waiver has been signed by the guest. All furniture must be put back where you found them when you leave. All life jackets, kayak oars and fishing equipment must be put back into the boathouse in its proper place. Kayaks must be returned where you found them, either mounted on the rack or behind the dock wall.
