Welcome to our Lakeshore Bayhouse Apartment!
Our waterfront getaway features a large dock where you can relax and soak in the beautiful water views! Enjoy kayaking (we have 2 for your use) and feel free to bring your own non-motor watercrafts. We have a gazebo with a fireplace perfect for roasting marshmallows! Inside the apartment you will find a beautiful updated kitchen, a comfortable living room, 2 bedrooms and a bonus loft area. Located upstairs is a full bathroom, and downstairs has a half bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, dishes, cups, and utensils, and a Keurig single cup coffee maker with a few kcups to get you started. The spacious island comfortably seats 4 with 2 extra stools if needed. The living room area has a comfy sofa and chair, a flat screen TV to watch your favorite shows and movies, and the French doors have built in screens so you can choose between privacy or beautiful water views. The first floor also has a half bathroom.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one has a king size bed, and the other bedroom has two twin beds. The loft area upstairs has a full size bed. There is also a full bathroom with a tub/shower and washer and dryer upstairs.
In the front of the apartment, there is a deck for your enjoyment and a great spot to drink your morning coffee while soaking in the beautiful scenery overlooking the creek. In the side yard, there is a gazebo with a wood burning fireplace. There may be leftover wood from a previous guest – otherwise firewood may be purchased from Angel’s Grocery store, a 5 minute drive away.
Going down the steps to the pier and dock area, you will see a boathouse to your right. Life jackets and kayak oars are stored in this space. The dock area has Adirondack chairs for guests to enjoy. We have 2 kayaks that our guests may use, and use of the pier/dock area and kayaks require signing of a waiver that will be sent to you after booking.
This unit is in the rear of the building, facing the water.

This apartment is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Nearest grocery store, Angel’s Food Market, is 5 minutes drive away. Restaurants are 5 – 15 minutes drive.
Guests can park in front of the carport around the driveway circle closest to the carport. The parking spaces next to the house is only for the front unit. This AirBnB unit is the rear of the building.
